Judge: admin TOP JUDGEWin awarded to: suhani
Reasoning: Pro had BOP. Pro failed it.
Feedback: As always in these every-round-forfeits, to pro: don't forfeit, to con: provide an argument anyway. So much to say on this topic, such as the fact global overdependence on meat is actually a huge threat to the world's environment, animal rights & ethics, health impacts of eating meat etc. On the other side in a debate like this I would expect arguments like practicalities & pragmatics to play a much bigger role, perhaps coupled with a suggestion as to responsible management of farming etc, esp. in the context of the third world. Some discussion on moral absolutes wouldn't hurt each side either.

Not too hard, but might not be what every debater wants. Could you gather some more feedback on this for me?Posted 2014-04-06 11:43:54
Hey admin, how hard would it be to code it so that 2 forfeits in the same round resulted in the debate automatically concluding and entering judging phase?Posted 2014-04-06 07:21:41
Yeah but there's also replay speeches! Basically three rounds!
