What you are saying is that governments are not adequate to be there at all. Anarchy is a state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority, and the main cause of that is lack of government. If anarchy were to take place, eventually some form of government would arise. It's only a matter of time. Society needs some base to stand on, and that base is government.
